Good Morning was originally established as a web-page with the focus on the afterlife of something which does not belong to the realm of living beings anymore. In the context of this project, the internet as the exhibition space has a purpose of the Cenotaph*. In order to provide this web-based cenotaph with an atmosphere similar to the white cube, various images of fake monuments were digitally constructed using many different visual elements found online. What if death was treated as the internet meme? In order to remain visible, but not immmortal, dead matter uses many different sources found on web to continue the existence in the realm of representations.

*In architecture, a cenotaph is an empty tomb or a monument erected in honour of a person or group of people whose remains are elsewhere.
